Following the recent calamity brought by typhoon Maring and southwest monsoon rain, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) conveys its deepest sympathy to the victims of the calamity. Further, as a way of helping its customers with inundated vehicles, the company is extending substantial discounts on parts and services to somehow help ease the burden of its valued customers.

For Honda vehicles that have been affected by the typhoon and monsoon rains, HCPI extends 20% discount on electronic parts, 10% on flood-related parts and 10% on labor.

The major electronic parts covered by the 20% subsidy are the following:
  • Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
  • Air Conditioning (ACG)
  • Starter Motor
  • Throttle Body
  • Accelerator Pedal (Drive-By Wire)
  • Radiator and Cooling Fan Motor
  • Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Unit
For other flood-related parts, customers may consult with Honda Service Advisors to avail of the 10% discount. For hassle-free service, customers are encouraged to call directly their nearest Honda dealer for service appointment before bringing vehicles to the dealerships to avoid inconvenience. Honda has a total of 28 dealerships and 3 authorized service centers nationwide to accept inundated vehicles.
