Ford Tops 2013 J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Survey in PHL Market

Ford Philippines topped the recent 2013 J.D. Power Asia Pacific Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study for the Philippines, helping to highlight the Company’s commitment to provide an unmatched customer experience across its expanding network of nationwide Ford dealerships.

Among the 10 brands in the Study, Ford ranked highest overall, performing particularly well in five areas, including delivery process, delivery timing, paperwork, deal, and dealer facility.

“We’re proud of our number one ranking in JD Power’s SSI survey, which helps to underscore the progress we are making to deliver an unmatched customer service and ownership experience,” said Kay Hart, managing director, Ford Philippines. “This experience begins the moment a future customer walks through the door of any of our nationwide Ford dealerships.”

To support the company’s ongoing product-led transformation, Ford is aggressively expanding its network and has brought the total number of Ford dealerships nationwide to 33. Within the last 12 months, Ford has established dealerships in Cainta, Bohol, Butuan, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Makati, Manila Bay, Naga and Tarlac. By the end of the year, the Company plans to establish Ford Zamboanga, expanding its network to 34 locations.

  1. if this is true, then why is my family getting a D-Max instead of a Ranger? simple, isuzu doesn't charge dealer's incentive on top of the cash price tag. or could it be that the agent doesn't charge you extra to bump you up of the waiting list? just curious. the ford sales isn't due to the sales team, it's due to the bad ass australian engineering. just my opinion though. anyways, congrats ford all the same! hopefully you can put up more production and assembly plants to help us beat the unemployment rate :-)

  2. i agree. it's because of the ranger's bad ass engineering design - that's why i'm getting my ranger later this afternoon na! hahaha pero honestly their means and ways of the agents to suck extra money from us (buyers)... pissed me off bigtime..
