Honda Launches Limited Edition Jazz, CR-V Models

Honda Cars Philippines is brightening up the summer with two special limited edition models: the Honda CR-V Limited Editon and Jazz Limited Edition. The Jazz is limited just to a run of 20 units while the CR-V is limited to just 10. That equates to just 30 units all-in-all. Interested? Read on.

Based on the 1.5 VX CVT variant, the Honda Jazz Limited Edition sports a bright Brilliant Sporty Blue paintjob. It also comes decked in Modulo gear that includes: Modulo front grille, door visor, tailgate spoiler, Modulo emblems, seatback pocket, and cargo tray. Retailing at P 938,000 (that’s a P 20,000 premium over the stock VX CVT), the 1.5 VX CVT Limited Edition is now available for order at all Honda dealerships with deliveries starting on May 12.

If the Jazz Limited Edition rings a bell, Honda released a limited edition model year totaling to 35 units. It sold out in just 10 days. Honda knows they have a hot commodity, hence the re-release of the Jazz Limited Edition.

On the other side of the coin, the range-topping CR-V 2.4 SX gets a new paintjob dubbed, Gold Brown Metallic. According to Honda, this shade combines gold-like metallic flakes blended into a deep brown color under strong light. Unlike the Jazz Limited Edition though, the CR-V remains the same as the standard SX model except for the unique paintjob. Thankfully, this unique paint commands no premium:  the price of the CR-V 2.4 SX Limited Edition remains at P 1,688,000 which is the same as the standard SX model.

  1. The title of this article should have been "Limited Edition Ugly Ducklings"... sorry for the mistake...

    1. Jazz, an ugly duckling? I seriously doubt your taste. You overlook the fact that it was the first Jazz in 2003 that started the sub-compact segment you see today with virtually every brand coming out with their own Jazz "slayer".

  2. Per Honda BGC, the jazz will only have the limited color on its VX variant. It will not have modulo add ons. HTH.

  3. I went to the Autofocus Test Drive event last weekend, and just FYI, this Limited Edition Jazz will indeed come with those Modulo bits. Also, I looked at Honda's accessory lists and found that all those bits, if bought seperately, would cost nearly 50k. Since its SRP is only 20k more than the stock, it doesn't sound like a bad deal IMHO.
