Mahindra Holds Service Caravan in PNP Region 1

A Mahindra Summer Caravan that made a clean sweep of the provinces, cities, and municipalities comprising Region 1 from August 30 to September 2 was conducted by Mahindra Philippiones (Asianbrands Motor Corporation), Exclusive distributor of Mahindra vehicles in the Philippines, through its authorized dealership in Northern Luzon, Mahindra Nueva Ecija.

The summer caravan provided on-site preventive maintenance service (PMS) and check up to all PNP Enforcer patrol units assigned in Region I to ensure that the current line-up of patrol jeeps in service remain in tip-top condition, manifesting Mahindra Philippines’ commitment and resolve to provide a strong and adequate after-sales service support.

Mahindra Nueva Ecija was able to service 125 Enforcer patrol units, representing 100 per cent of all the vehicles assigned to the various Municipal and City Police Stations in Northern Luzon comprised by the provinces of Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, and Ilocos Norte.

In Pangasinan, 48 Enforcer patrol units from the 44 municipalities and four cities – Alaminos, Dagupan, San Carlos and Urdaneta - had variously undergone PMS and other service check-ups.

Twenty Enforcer patrol units representing the 19 municipalities and the city of San Fernando in La Union were also serviced, along with 34 patrol vehicles from Ilocos Sur’s 32 municipalities and its two cities - Vigan and Candon.

In Ilocos Norte, 23 Enforcer patrol units had service check-ups and PMS representing the 21 municipalities and Ilocos Norte’s two cities – Laoag and Batac.

The 125 Enforcer patrol units assigned to the Northern provinces are part of the 1,300 Enforcer vehicles, which Mahindra Philippines earlier won in a bid conducted by the Philippine National Police in 2014 for the supply of dependable and reliable patrol units.   These vehicles undergo regular PMS and other service check-ups as part of Mahindra Philippines’ commitment of uncompromised after-sale service to the local police agency.

To date, there are 18 full-service Mahindra dealerships all around the country to meet that need. They have been set up based on geographic considerations to provide sufficient sales and after-sales support, staffed with qualified and factory-trained mechanics and service technicians and sufficiently supplied with genuine Mahindra parts.
