PIMS 2016: Mitsubishi Brings International Flavor with Newest Models

Mitsubishi Motor Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is displaying its latest wares at the 6th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) from Wednesday, September 14 to Sunday, September 18 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. Car enthusiasts will have the chance to see the latest and future models from the three diamonds.

Giving the MMPC pavilion a truly international flavor, they are bringing in their latest concept car, the XM Concept—a car that made its global debut at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show just last month.

It’s also bringing in the Outlander PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle) in both cutaway and production versions. Long promised for the Philippine market, the Outlander PHEV is slated to arrive very soon in showrooms. Also making its market debut is the refreshed ASX now featuring the striking Dynamic Shield design concept. Apart from the refreshed design, it also has an improved array of features.

Other gasoline models at the show include the recently launched Mirage, Mirage G4, and Lancer EX models.

For those who prefer a diesel engine, MMPC is giving everyone the chance to see and experience clean diesel (Euro-4 emissions compliant) technology through the Montero Sport and Strada GT both powered by the new 4N15 2.4-liter MIVEC diesel as well as the recently upgraded Pajero VGT.
