Mitsubishi PH Launches New Service App

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation takes its ongoing commitment to elevate customer satisfaction to new heights as it launches a new service scheduling mobile application.

The new Mitsubishi Service Connect Application (MSC) will allow Mitsubishi owners to set and manage their vehicle’s service, repair and test drive bookings, keep track of their vehicle’s service history and, with their mobile device’s GPS access, search for nearby Authorized Mitsubishi Dealers. To further improve the after-sales customer experience and immediately address servicing concerns, the new mobile app also allows Mitsubishi owners to provide ratings and reviews on each appointment and booking experience.

“MMPC puts a high premium to the time spent by its customers to care for their cars,” says Mr. Mutsuhiro Oshikiri, President and CEO of MMPC. “Time has always been a commodity of extreme value to our customers, especially now, during this pandemic. That is why we are introducing a feature-rich mobile application that makes servicing their vehicles safer, more convenient and completely transparent. The MSC mobile app is yet another brand innovation that shows our dedication to create vehicles and services that work for our customers.”

The Mitsubishi Service Connect Application serves as an online platform where customers can conveniently book their service appointment with any of 53 authorized Mitsubishi Dealers nationwide. Downloadable from Google Play Store for Android OS mobile devices, and Apple Store for iOS users, as well as being accessible online via a desktop web browser, the application lets customers register their personal details together with their Mitsubishi vehicle’s to create a profile that allows for an easier and faster service booking and vehicle monitoring experience.

New Mitsubishi vehicle customers, as well as existing ones with a vehicle service history at a Mitsubishi dealership for the last 6 months, can set-up their profiles in the app either by linking their existing Facebook account or by registering their email address. A customer may add multiple cars in one profile and keep tabs on the progress and total cost of each vehicle’s service or repair, as well as its service history.

To book a service appointment, customers can access the “Book Now” function and select a vehicle that may avail any of the following services: Preventive Maintenance Service, General Repair, or Body and Paint Repair. Other additional services may also be listed down as part of the booking. They may also choose a booking date, time and preferred service advisor from the dealership of choice. Email and SMS notifications will be sent to the customer’s registered details to confirm the booking. Bookings may also be rescheduled or cancelled by the customer.

The app can also be used to search for a nearby Authorized Mitsubishi Dealership based on the customer’s mobile phone GPS settings. Aside from providing address and contact information for each dealership, customers may also filter the list of dealerships according to their ratings which are based on customer feedback made through the mobile app.

Mitsubishi owners are encouraged to download the Mitsubishi Service Connect Application to enjoy the convenience and benefits of online appointment booking and create a more complete, safer, and more engaging Mitsubishi ownership experience.

  1. Hopefully there should be costumer care service email address so that we can directly complain any service center doing lousy service, overpricing on parts and services. There should be deadline that will be given to service centers on ordering of Parts that causing delays on Repair of our vehicle.

Overpricing on PMS Services should be stopped.
