Commission on Audit Report Paints Unsavory Picture of Mahindra Vehicles


The Commission on Audit (COA) has just released their Annual Audit Report for the Philippine National Police (PNP) for 2017. You can read the entire report here, but we’ll get straight to something motoring-related: the Mahindra patrol vehicles. As you can imagine, opting to go for an untested Indian brand ruffled a couple of feathers back in 2015, so it shouldn’t come as a shock that two years later, the people sworn to serve and protect found out what everyone else was thinking all along: they’re pieces of shit.

A new breed of Mahindra Enforcer that dares to tread on flood and high waters without fear is now in the market. The new line of Mahindra vehicles is factory-fitted with new snorkel air intakes, roll bar and other anti-flooding devices.

Mahindra is Officially in the Philippines


Mahindra, India’s leading SUV manufacturer makes its comeback into the Philippines under the exclusive distributorship of Asiabrands Motors Corporation, a new company under the Columbian Group of Companies which also distributes brands such as Kia, BMW, and Peugeot. Although Mahindra was in the Philippine market in the 1990’s, it’s only now that they’ll get a large corporate backer ensuring proper and reliable customer support.
