Review: 2024 Nissan Z Premium AT
Let’s stop for a minute and admire what Nissan has done here. In an age where electrification has become the auto industry buzzword, they’ve come up with something leftfield with the all-new Z. Eschewing any motivation via electrons, it’s got a big, honking V6 driving the rear wheels. There’s even standard limited slip diff, performance brake (pads), and a no-cost option for a stick. It’s as old-school as a sportscar’s going to get and just thinking about it gets any enthusiast, myself included, all wet.

Review: 2024 BMW Z4 sDrive20i
Credit Toyota and their decision to resurrect the Supra for the existence of the third-generation BMW Z4, but whatever the result stemming from the boardroom meetings of the two carmakers, don’t discredit the fact that this is actually available at BMW showrooms. Just when the market appeal for roadsters has softened, this G29 is the best version to have come out of Munich; well, technically the Magna plant in Austria, but who cares. It’s a return to fighting form and one that has it nipping at greatness.

The 2024 Mazda MX-5's DSC-Track Will Help You Sharpen Your Racing Skills
Jinba-Ittai is the key concept at the heart of every Mazda, and the MX-5 is the paradigm of that philosophy. Originally known as “Jinsha Ittai,” meaning oneness between car and driver, it was a typo on a calling card that led people to call it, “Jinba-Ittai” afterward. Regardless, the underlying philosophy remains the same: it wasn’t about chasing outright speed, but rather, about providing a sense of engagement that was fun yet approachable.

First Drive: 2024 Nissan Z And Nissan GT-R
Let’s stop for a moment and admire the fact that both the Nissan Z and GT-R exist. At a time when carmakers have gone crazy over electrification, these two honest-to-goodness sportscar is testament that some people at Nissan haven’t lost their cajónes. It’s the most definitive sign of Nissan daring to do what others don’t; to do seemingly the impossible when everyone else has given up. What a world we live in.
