They expect to be able to cover demand at least until December. Mazda is hoping that production will ramp up come 2022.

As for heated seats...yeah, ventilated seats are a better option, but Isuzu never offered ventilated seats as an option for the D-MAX, I think.Ulysses Anghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06863291552170192774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7521223446245210239.post-24206639415317407592021-11-17T15:39:48.169+08:002021-11-17T15:39:48.169+08:00Isuzu is having difficulty moving D-Max and MU-X u...Isuzu is having difficulty moving D-Max and MU-X units due to global chip shortage. Since this BT-50 is built in the same Thai factory, I predict the same might happen for the BT-50.

Also heated seats... ventilated cooled seats would have been preferable, but this shows how not underequipped the BT-50 is compared to global models and its twin here in PH. Really dig the OE Headunit vs Dmax's local AVT problematic head units pero in the end maganda collaboration isuzu and mazda. But then again Pick up buyers are usually from provinces so they won't entertain this Mazda version of the D-Max.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7521223446245210239.post-56294884379443254352021-11-17T15:19:26.165+08:002021-11-17T15:19:26.165+08:00Much better specced and priced than D-Max. 4x2 is ...Much better specced and priced than D-Max. 4x2 is not as bare and spartan as the LS-A for not much more while 4x4 BT-50 is cheaper yet has everything the LS-E D-Max has + difflock. The BT-50 even gets the global Isuzu infotainment instead of the unreliable locally sourced AVT headunit in the D-Max (basically, the Mazda BT-50 is more Isuzu than the Isuzu D-Max here in PH LMAO) This is the Isuzu D-Max for smart buyers. But knowing Filipinos, I'm 100% sure Isuzu will still sell more than Mazda, which is honestly good for the BT-50 buyers. A bit more exclusivity yet with all the spare parts from its hot-selling twin. Throw in the 5-yr free service and it seems that this is a better value proposition.JP Ganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03537940825972318270noreply@blogger.com
