New Multi-Brand Showroom to House Subaru and Changan Cars in Manila Bay

Tan Chong International Limited (TCIL), the parent company of Subaru and Changan distributors in the Philippines, today announced the opening of the first phase of its brand new multi-brand facility in Metro Manila.
