Rolls-Royce Wraith Luggage Collection is the World's Most Bonkers Carry-On

If you find a Rolls-Royce Wraith a bit too rich for your taste, but still want a bit of that “RR” lifestyle, well, you’re in luck. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is finally selling a luggage collection which compliments the Wraith—the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever created. And thankfully, you can get one even if you don’t have a Rolls-Royce.

The collection itself is created by Rolls-Royce Bespoke Designer Michael Bryden and designed by the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Design studio led by Director of Design Giles Taylor. The collection is comprised of two Grand Tourer valises, three Long Weekender bags, and one Garment Carrier. Together, they’re meant to fit perfectly in a Wraith’s luggage compartment and like every Rolls-Royce motor car, it can be commissioned to a customer’s exacting specifications.

Although these luggage will likely be lugged around by butlers anyway, Rolls-Royce has paid careful attention to make sure they’re of the highest quality. For instance, the luggage features perfect weight distribution meaning no undue pressure is placed on the hand. It also has an invisible stitch for that perfectly smooth finish.

Like any automotive-inspired luggage set, the Wraith collection comes with multiple design cues that hark back to the most powerful car built by Rolls-Royce. For instance, it has discrete fastenings, which magnetically dock. These fasteners are also made of solid aero-space grade aluminum that’s machine billeted.

Other outlandish design cues include the Spirit of Ecstasy which is embossed onto the exterior of each bag. The wheels are also self-righting and of course feature the double-R Rolls-Royce emblem. The wheels are also placed to give the luggage a wider track for added stability.

Carbon fiber is the main material of the Wraith luggage collection, chosen for its light weight and durable properties. It has been formed into the frame of the case complemented by a wide-set handle and high-sided design that optimizes the stowage of the luggage.

The Wraith Luggage collection can be ordered in either a mono or two-tone leather finish (just like the Wraith’s exterior paint job) and is constructed by craftsmen wearing white gloves, because you just don’t want that leather dirtied. again, can be customized to the owner’s specifications. The set can be bought separately as well.
