BYD Philippines Refreshes F0 for 2017

BYD Philippines is giving their F0 sub B-segment hatchback a refresh just in time for its third anniversary celebration. Shown next to the all-new S7, the stylish and young F0 gives an exterior refresh along with more standard convenience features.

Outside, the F0 gets a new front bumper that adds some angularity to the jelly bean design while the new “wing” grille has an LED-lit logo. LED daytime running lights are now standard. Inside, it gets a Smart Key keyless entry system with push-button start/stop, LED back-lit gauges with an adaptive tachometer. For added convenience, it also gets power windows for both front and rear passengers.

Powered by the BYD371QA engine, the 2017 F0’s all-aluminum 1.0-liter engine cranks out 67 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 90 Nm from 4,000-4,500 rpm. It’s available in either manual or automatic transmission (automated manual) flavors.

The 2017 BYD F0 is priced at P 548,000 for the M/T and P 598,000 for the A/T.

  4. automated manual means and sounds whats its read - its a literal 1-2-3-4-5-R stick shift but without a clutch pedal. the clutch action is done by a computer.

  6. i have BYD F3 and unang nasira sa kotse ko eh yung rubber support ng engine. pag sinabing automated manual yung transmission niya manual parin pero ang shifting niya automatic. so far sa isang taon kong gamit ito palang ang nasira.
