  1. When you say sale, it should mean that there is a reduction in the price of the unit, and not in terms of affordable available financing options. It is deceiving promotion, all alleged freebies are actually inputed in the financing cost. Nothing was or is actually free.

    1. So, sale means reduction of price. lol if you have time just check the exact meaning for that. In my understanding Sale is EXCHANGE OF COMMODITY not only for reduction prices.

    2. Sale:
      1.
the exchange of a commodity for money; the action of selling something.
      Or
      2. a period during which a retailer sells goods at reduced prices.

  2. There's actually a standard discount for cash/bank p.o. transactions.

I honestly doubt that the Senate and Congress can pass this Excise Tax Law by year end in time for January 1 implementation, as there's too much work to be done. They have the Impeachment of the Comelec Chairman and the 2018 National budget as top priorities, the Excise Tax Law just comes in as third priority. We really have to an intelligent buyer, don't be buoyed by the craze. Monitor the developments and at the same time make your own calculated move.
