Pagani to Enter Philippine Market Under Autohub Group of Companies

Is the Philippines ready for a nine-digit (at least one hundred million pesos) supercar? Well, wonder no more as Pagani is set to enter the market under the Autohub Group of Companies.

The Autohub Group, which also imports luxury bespoke brands such as Rolls-Royce and Lotus, will serve as the Philippines’s exclusive sales agent and facilitator of the Italian hyper car brand. Pagani will have a special lounge built within the Autohub Complex in Bonifacio Global City, but an actual car will likely not be displayed. Filipino customers who customize their Pagani will be flown to Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Taiwan to complete their purchase. Autohub will then facilitate the importation and registration.

Pagani is an independent Italian supercar brand founded by Horacio Pagani in 1988. With 55 employees, Pagani currently builds the Huayra, which is named after the Incan god of wind. It uses a twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 Mercedes-AMG engine producing 700 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque. It’s also lightweight thanks to a “carbotanium” construction—which is a composite made up of carbon fiber and titanium.

Although Autohub has signed on to be Pagani’s official agent in the Philippines, all examples of the Huayra have all been spoken for.
