Isuzu Philippines Highlights "Isuzu Advantage" at 2018 Truck Fest

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) displays its latest line-up of Blue Power trucks while highlighting the different advantages of purchasing Isuzu trucks at the 2018 Isuzu Truck Fest.

Held at the SMX Convention Center Pasay, Isuzu conducts its annual truck display from today until Sunday, April 8 which is set to attract truck buyers as the company showcases its full truck line-up in different body applications, along with the special discount and promotions exclusive during the event.

“Our company has been the consistent No. 1 truck brand in the country for 18 years. Isuzu globally is known for its durable and dependable trucks that can withstand the challenging business operations, but what is more important is the support that we provide to our clients along with every purchase – and this is the Isuzu Advantage,” said IPC President Hajime Koso.

During the show, Isuzu explained the different customer support program that the company offers which it amply calls the “Isuzu Advantage”.

First is their nationwide dealer network that now has more than 40 dealer outlets complete with servicing facility for trucks, and is still increasing in number as the company roll-outs further network expansion this year.

This is then followed by their nationwide parts availability, for which the company established a 6,000 square-meter warehouse facility last year to cope with the increasing demand.

Isuzu also has expert service technicians including Japanese truck field engineers who are available to support and answer any inquiries and technical requirements.

A few years ago, Isuzu also introduced its specialized service trucks, the Isuzu Mobile Medic, that provides roadside assistance to fleet customers.

On top these, IPC conducts training for drivers and mechanics such as heavy-duty truck safety driving and a recently launched eco-driving program.

For the 2018 Truck Fest, Isuzu showcases the following models:

N-Series light-duty truck in 7 body applications (Isuzu NLR 77 Flexitruck, NLR85 Refrigerated Van cooling by MIT-AIR, NMR85 Cab & Chassis, NPR85 Aluminum Van with tailgate, NQR75 Dropside, NKR71 NCOOL Fruehauf Refrigerated Van cooling by DENSO, and the special Fruehauf Refrigerated cut-away van body).

Also part of the display is Isuzu’s D-Max pick-up trucks, which sees the D-Max fitted with FlexiQube body, a refrigerated van body by Coolaire, and one that has a crane at the back. The 2018 Truck Fest also previews the upcoming single-cab variant of the D-Max powered by the 1.9-liter RZ4E Blue Power engine.

Finally, the Isuzu QKR light-duty truck makes its public debut for the first time in the form of three PUV prototypes designed by Centro, Almazora, and Santarosa Motor.

Along with the vehicle display, different body builders are on-site so that customers can immediately discuss their requirements upon picking the right truck for their business. At the show are: Centro, Almazora, Multi-lift, Pinnacle, Red Dragon, Columbian Motor, JVF, DENSO, and CoolAire.

Exclusive to all the customers who visit the show (admission is free) is a special price discount of P 35,000 for every closed truck transaction from April 6 to June 30, 2018.
