Nissan Teases Refreshed 2021 Terra

Nissan is on a roll. After showing off its refreshed Navara pickup truck, its SUV counterpart, will get the same treatment. Mark your calendars because the 2021 Terra drops in next week.

As a refresher, Nissan has chosen not to unveil the refreshed 7-seater mid-sized SUV in Thailand (this was mentioned during the Magnite SUV launch). Instead, that honor will belong to Nissan’s Middle East operations. Dubbed the SUV where “imagination meets technology,” the 2021 Terra is part of the Japanese carmaker’s new model onslaught.

Like the Navara, the 2021 Terra is expected to gain an entirely re-designed front-end. This time, design inspiration stems from the Patrol luxury SUV. However, it will have the same four-projector LED headlights as well as its multi-piece LED DRL.

Based on patent leaks, the Terra will get a redesigned interior. It should help increase its differentiation with the Navara on which it’s based on, while also leveling up its materials as well as fit and finish.

The 2021 Terra is also expected to gain more driver assist technology such as adaptive cruise control and autonomous emergency braking.

The 2021 Nissan Terra will be shown in full on November 25.
