The Bentley Residences Will Have In-Unit Car Garages

Apart from building bespoke luxury automobiles, Bentley has just announced that it’s going to be building the first-ever luxury residential tower in the world to carry its namesake: the Bentley Residences.

The Bentley Residences will contain more than 200 luxury apartments built for residents. More important for car enthusiasts though, each unit will have an in-unit multi-car garage with a car elevator providing access—perfect to maintain privacy.

Bentley says that thanks to the building’s innovative cylindrical form and floor-to-ceiling windows, it’ll also offer unique ocean and bayside views in every apartment. Each unit will also have its own private balcony, pool, sauna, and outdoor shower. The interiors contain sustainably sourced materials and finishes. Meanwhile, amenities will include a gym, spa, whisky bar and restaurant.

South Florida-based property developer Dezer Development will partner with Bentley to design and build the tower, working with the world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects. The project is being designed in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification to ensure maximum protection of the local environment and its wildlife.

The building will stand at 749 feet (more than 228 meters) and over 60 stories high making it a prominent figure on Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach coastline, and the tallest residential tower on any U.S. beachfront.

The Bentley Residences is scheduled for completion in 2026. It is anticipated that construction will begin in early 2023.
