Better Parts Availability, More Flexible Financing Helps Hyundai PH Stay Close To Customers

At the launch of the first-ever Custin and Stargazer X, Hyundai Motor Philippines Managing Director Cecil Capacete revealed new ownership and aftersales programs to make sure they stay abreast with the needs of their Filipino customers.

Aside from promos such as Hyundai Revive, which targets out-of-warranty Hyundai vehicles, Capacete says that they’re capping off 2023 with the opening of a new and bigger spare parts facility. This will allow the Korean brand to address the aftersales needs of their customers, even those with out-of-warranty vehicles, quicker. They have also joined forces with Fast Logistics to improve their supply chain and distribution nationwide.

Better spare parts availability aside, Hyundai Motor Philippines has also rolled out a new contact center which runs 24/7 alongside their emergency roadside assistance. This allows new and existing customers to gain added peace of mind, wherever and whenever.

Finally, for those eyeing to buy a Hyundai, Hyundai Finance is being rolled out with the help of its first batch of bank partners: Eastwest Bank, BDO, and BPI. With Hyundai Finance, it will make it easier for Filipinos to purchase a brand-new car anywhere in the country thanks to smart payment plans which are more flexible. Approvals can take as little as three days.

“At Hyundai Motor Philippines, we ensure that we are always a foot way from our customers. This means being present throughout the entire lifecycle of their cars. Moreover, identify and innovate ways in which we can better help them bring home and take care of their dream Hyundai,” said Capacete.
