"Conquest Look" 2024 Toyota Hilux G Now At Showrooms

After we reported on the refreshed Hilux in September of last year, the first batch of “new look” Hilux G models are starting to arrive at local Toyota showrooms this month.

Basically, for 2024, the Hilux G variants get the “Conquest” exterior styling package with the black overfenders and bedliner. It also adds LED headlights, tailgate assist, and new two-tone machine finished wheels with 265/60R18 tires.

Inside, the Hilux G now gets dual zone climate control (no rear AC vents though) and an 8-inch display audio system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Fabric seats are still the standard issue, but the steering wheel is now covered in leather.

In terms of safety, the 2024 Hilux G still has 3 standard airbags, ABS with EBD, and vehicle stability control with hill-start assist control. Helping it navigate tight spaces, it also gets a reverse camera and rear parking sensors.

As for powertrain, the Hilux G retains the use of its 2GD-FTV. The 2.4-liter variable nozzle turbo diesel outputs 150 horsepower at 3,400 rpm and 400 Nm at 1,600-2,000 rpm. The available transmissions remain a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.

The Hilux G starts at P 1.384 million for the manual and goes up to P 1,460,000 for the automatic.
