Good News: NAIA Is Now Offering Preferred Overnight Parking Rates For Verified Passengers

Answering clamors for more affordable overnight parking at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, its operator, New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation (NNIC), has announced preferred rates for verified NAIA passengers.

Starting today, August 1, 2025, verified passengers who leave their vehicles at any of the NAIA Terminals—Terminal 1, 2, or 3, can enjoy an overnight parking rate of P 600.

While more expensive than the original overnight rates (P 300), this is half the rate compared to the controversial P 1,200 rate imposed by NNIC last October. The P 600 rate is also comparable to other off-site overnight parking options such as Park N Fly.

To take advantage of these preferred parking rates, passengers must submit both their physical parking ticket and boarding pass (screen shot or physical copy) at designated kiosks located just after the baggage claim for domestic, and after customs for international passengers.

For passengers who cannot present their boarding pass and parking ticket, they may still take advantage of overnight parking at the various NAIA terminals but at the prevailing P 1,200 rate.

Last October, NNIC, the San Miguel Corporation-led consortium raised eyebrows when they increased overnight parking rates at Manila’s main airport gateway by four times. At the time, they saw the need to dissuade residents of nearby condominiums from using the NAIA’s parking lots for personal parking, robbing service to would-be passengers.

In the following months, they were also able to uncover several abandoned cars as well.

    1. It' s a 5 peso difference vs Park N Fly rates who charges 595 for 24 hours. I'd say it's properly priced.

    2. It was honestly fine. Been flying almost every other week and because of the parking, I have never brought my car in the airport since. InDrive is the key. I live in Cavite and booking a ride is easy. Grsb can be crowded and a lot more expensive.

    3. Madali po mag grab going to and from naia, goal ng naia mgmt dyan is to decongest the parking and it really works, ngayon kung gusto mo parin mag kotse, 600 per day is not bad at all. Kung namamahalan ka paden edi wow AF

    4. So you pay 1000 plus for commute to avoid 600 parking fee 🤣🤣 Genius

  3. If the only intent of raising the parking fee was to dissuade the condo owners nearby from parking, why not just require boarding pass?

    1. Hence why:

      1. You have to present your boarding pass and ticket.
      2. Have your parking ticket validated before exiting the airport--at least it really proves you're a passenger.

  4. Just book early morning or red eye flights. We don't love in a perfect world there will be compromises.

  5. This is good pricing, which is comparable to park and fly. And it is not easy to get grab at times when there are a lot of tourists. Thank you NNIC for thinking of us passengers.
