The Geely EX5 signals a new era of intelligent green travel for Filipinos. Powered by a new version short-blade battery, it allows for more power, quicker charging times, and longer charge/discharge cycles.

The 60.22-kWh LFP battery delivers a 425-kilometer range, while the front-mounted electric motor delivers 217 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h time of 7.1 seconds.

On the other hand, the Geely Okavango Elite is the latest version of the brand’s “Space Utility Vehicle.” Offering impressive space across all three rows, it comes with intelligent three-zone climate control and leather seats. Even better, it’s now number coding exempt thanks to its recent re-certification as a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV).

The Geely EX5 Max comes with a suggested retail price of P 1,799,000, while the Okavango Elite is priced at P 1,368,000. Get a Meizu Note 22 smartphone with every purchase of Geely EX5 Max until September 25, 2025.

  1. A newly establish distributor (geely motor ph) to takeover from previous bad record distributor, The new distributor try to rebuild again it name, must use very good aftersale service, and very lower price to win back the confident and trust of consumer, but it seems they like quickly to jump on profit and sell their cars at high price.

  2. okavango had lower price from it previous model, because the previous is overpriced, new okavango still price higher compare to japanese seven seater car (toyota, Mitsubishi). As of now, here in Philippines if you ask someone which car you will select "GEELY, toyota, or mitsubishi ?" most answers are toyo and mitsu. Let us see how new geely will compete them.

    1. Geely Okavango is still cheaper than Innova Zenix tbh and Mitsu doesn't have a vehicle that can compete with Zenix, Okavango and other same sized 7 seater vehicles. What Geely needs to improve on is marketing and aftersales (to which they are starting to do with the fact that our Okavango part for warranty has already arrived). But yeah Geely has to improve their marketing to get more hold on the Philippine market again because BYD is already gaining traction that Geely has a hold of before.
