Astara Philippines is rolling out the red carpet for owners of JAC passenger vehicles purchased between 2017 and 2023 with a welcome gift: a free check-up and free Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS), regardless of warranty status.

Our 'welcome home' aftersales program is designed to go the extra mile to make sure every trip with your JAC vehicle comes with great service, easy access, and peace of mind.”
Taking advantage of this offer is simple. Owners of eligible vehicles just need to visit any authorized JAC service center to schedule their free check-up and PMS. Customers may also reach out through the Customer Care hotline at +63 926 013 7798 or email customercare [at] jacmotors.com.ph.
This program isn't just about a free service, it is about providing peace of mind. By getting a complimentary check-up and PMS from JAC-trained personnel, owners can be confident that their vehicle is in optimal condition. Astara Philippines is also expanding its service center network nationwide, making it even more convenient to access expert care.
Customers can now expect faster and more efficient service visits through JAC Philippines’ network of authorized service centers nationwide. Currently there are three authorized service centers across the country. Over the next six months, the goal is to expand this network to seven. This expansion aims to reduce waiting times and improve accessibility across key locations.
In addition, JAC Philippines will honor warranties of JAC vehicles bought from 2017 to 2023, despite those vehicles being purchased from a different distributor. These JAC vehicle owners will also be offered free PMS and check-up. On top of this, customers can expect up to 10 percent discount on parts and 20 percent discount of labor from authorized JAC service centers.
JAC dealerships are currently located in Iloilo, Manila Bay, and Quezon Avenue.
