Two days ago, we detailed how some carmakers—Nissan, Toyota, and Subaru being the main three—have been discounting their specialty sporty cars this September. Well, if you’re thinking of giving yourself an early Christmas gift, why not consider the Ford Bronco or the just-launched GR Yaris too?
As a refresher, Toyota Motor Philippines brought to market the updated GR Yaris last March. Not only did it come with an uprated version of the turbocharged 1.6-liter 3-cylinder engine (now with 280 horsepower and 390 Nm of torque), it also brought on some aesthetic changes. More importantly, it brought the option of an 8-speed automatic for the first time.
It’s this 8-speed automatic that’s being offered with a substantial discount this month. The 2025 GR Yaris AT—yes, the current version—can now be had with a P 160,000 cash discount. Buyers can also opt for a P 523,500 pay low option, or if you prefer, a Pay Light option of P 35,500 monthly.
The GR Yaris isn’t the only Toyota being offered with hefty discounts this month. The Camry, RAV4, Yaris Cross, Corolla Cross, and Zenix all come with big saving this month to the tune of P 200,000 (Camry and RAV4) and P 150,000 (Yaris Cross, Corolla Cross, Zenix). Even the Tamaraw isn’t immune as cash savings come in the form of P 100,000, but only for financing transactions.

Contractors, take note. A GR Yaris in the motorpool will certainly demonstrate financial capacity to your clients, government or otherwise.
