The Eneos Super Sprint Circuit Cup Round 2 marked the end of the 2025 Super Sprint Series season. The final round was a landmark event that bridged the gap between grassroots parking lot sprint racing and full-blown circuit competition, all while staying true to the Super Sprint spirit of friendly, supportive, and community-driven motorsport.
With a capped grid of 33 drivers, the event brought together a diverse field of racers, majority of which were beginner circuit participants to a few seasoned competitors. Each driver chased personal bests and class victories around the demanding CIS layout. Weather conditions stayed optimal throughout the day, allowing drivers to push the limits and deliver their cleanest and fastest laps.
Several drivers posted remarkable lap times and personal bests:
- Pro Class
- Inigo Anton (#330) set the pace with a blistering 2:08.346
- George Apacible (#1) delivered a strong 2:23.235
- Prepped Class 1
- Lowie Jean Panlican (#710) topped with 2:23.989
- Rich Mark Young (#880) trailed with a competitive 2:32.226, showing consistent pace
- Amateur Street Modified Class 1
- John David Quadra (#93) led the group with a 2:36.598
- Amateur Super Street Class 3
- Franklin Louis Co Ng (#168) was the benchmark with 2:26.493
Across most classes, gaps between competitors were tight, with many separated by mere tenths of a second, truly reinforcing how competitive yet uplifting the Super Sprint environment has become.
True to Super Sprint tradition, the atmosphere remained supportive and uplifting. Fast drivers mentored newcomers, and friendly competition drove everyone to perform better - an ethos the Super Sprint community has upheld since day one.
As the 2025 Super Sprint calendar wraps up, all eyes now turn to an even more exciting 2026 Super Sprint Season, which begins earlier than ever:
- Super Sprint (Sprint Series) – Begins February 2026
- Super Sprint Circuit Cup (Circuit Series) – Begins July 2026
Drivers are encouraged to rest, reset, and get their cars ready, because the next season promises more chances for growth, competition, and unforgettable motorsport experiences.
Before the new year begins, participants can also look forward to the Super Sprint Clinic and the Year-End Awards Ceremony where top performers and community contributors will be recognized.
