Marikina Town Center, Federal Land’s estate in Marikina is kicking off the holiday season with the launch of the Toyota Tamaraw Food Park, the newest hangout spot in the city and a brand-new FIFA standard football field. These two additions bring fresh energy to the township and give families, foodies, and sports lovers more reasons to visit and celebrate this Christmas.

The Toyota Tamaraw Food Park features Tamaraw food truck conversions and a diverse mix of delicious local favorites. “We’re excited to bring this unique food park experience to Marikina Town Center, supporting local entrepreneurs while sharing the joy of food and community,” said Masando Hashimoto, President of Toyota Motor Philippines.

It’s the perfect spot to grab a bite after a game or enjoy a festive night out with family and friends. Nine food trucks were unveiled during launch day, with the initial lineup expected to rotate throughout the season, featuring:

Near the Tamaraw Food Park, sports fans have a new place to enjoy in Marikina: a 100x68-meter football field built using FIFA standards with bleachers that can seat up to 250 people. Whether you’re joining a friendly match, cheering for a local team, or simply looking for a place to stay active, the new turf is designed to become a hub for the community.

“With this new turf field, we hope to give Marikina a new space for sports and recreation and more importantly, a reason for people to come together as a community.” said Jose Mari Banzon, President, Federal Land.

Marikina Town Center is just getting started. As a key estate for Federal Land in the East, Marikina plays an important role in the company’s long-term vision of building vibrant, well-connected communities. The launch of the new football field and the Toyota Tamaraw Food Park mark the beginning of this refreshed momentum for the township—introducing enhanced spaces that bring people together and support an active community lifestyle.

The next phase is already underway. The redevelopment of Blue Wave Mall and the adjacent Petron station is in progress, with a refreshed mall set to open in the first half of 2026. Visitors can look forward to upgraded sports and lifestyle facilities, including basketball, badminton, and pickleball courts along with more commercial and residential developments already in the pipeline making Marikina Town Center an even more exciting destination for families, athletes, and leisure seekers.
