Caltex Opens 7th Service Station in Lipa City, Batangas

Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), marketer of the Caltex brand of fuels and lubricants, continues to strengthen the presence of Caltex in high growth areas. Caltex with Techron, the only fuel with the unbeatable cleaning power of Techron, recently opened its 7th station in Lipa City, a recreational, religious, commercial, industrial and educational center in the region.

Lipa City is quickly transforming from an agricultural municipality to a highly urbanized area. Large tracts of land are being converted to residential, commercial and industrial zones. Business process outsourcing (BPO) firms are contributing much to the growth of Lipa’s economy.

Present during the grand opening were (photo above, L-R) Camilo Padua, retailer; Ivan Padua, retailer; celebrity Geneva Cruz; Precy Padua, retailer; Jenny Xavier, CPI business consultant, and Jeff Enriquez, CPI business consultant. The Caltex retailers also handed out gifts to children of Save Our Soul Kindergarten.
Situated in bgy. Banay-Banay, the new Caltex station follows the Retailer Owned, Retailer Operated (RORO) business model where owners have access to Chevron's business consultants, fuel marketing strategies, reliable supply chains, supporting business processes and retail business systems. RORO is a flexible business model where entrepreneurs can be creative in customizing their offerings to better suit their customers and business needs.
