Ford Ranger Sales Surge 60 Percent in November

Ford Philippines announced that November retail sales increased 16 percent from previous month to 1,891 vehicles.

The Ranger led the monthly performance with sales jumping nearly 60 percent from October to 1,158 vehicles, driving its year-to-date sales up more than 12 percent to 10,374 vehicles.

Ford launched the new Ranger lineup in September, which consists of 9 different variants in the Philippines, including the first-ever Ranger Raptor, Wildtrak, XLT, and XLS variants.

The new Ranger lineup features two new-generation powertrains: the 2.0L Bi-Turbo and 2.0L Single Turbo engines, as well as the proven Duratorq engine, helping further strengthen the Ranger’s ‘Built Ford Tough’ appeal among Filipino customers.

The Everest midsized SUV contributed to the September total with 446 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales to 5,406 vehicles.

The EcoSport sub-compact SUV recorded sales of 206 vehicles, driving its year-to-date sales to 4,803 vehicles.

The Mustang posted sales of 36 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales up 7 percent to 405 vehicles.
