Lexus Mitsukoshi Puts Spotlight On Food With Local Culinary Workshop This August 26 To 27

Enjoy a taste of specially crafted culinary delights as Lexus Philippines hosts an indulgent weekend like no other at Lexus at Mitsukoshi.

From August 26 to 27, guests can elevate their senses and take part in exclusive workshops with Manila’s best purveyors of food and fine taste.

Chef Carlos Villaflor of Gallery By Chele and Deli By Chele will be showcasing the art of preparing Tuna Kinilaw with Watermelon and Octopus Sisig Tacos – two delicious dishes specially crafted exclusively for Lexus Philippines by Chef Chele Gonzalez. With great expertise, Chef Villaflor will not only guide guests through the process of elegant plating but also delve into the intricacies of these dishes.

There will also be a curated pairing workshop by The Artisan Cellar Door conducted by sommelier Christopher Birt who will pair the fine wine selection with delectable chocolates from Theo & Philo, the first bean-to-bar single origin chocolate maker in the Philippines.

Coffee lovers can join in on the experience too as Angkan, a Global Filipino Coffee Company, will discuss the background of the local beans they use for their wide array of Angkan blends as well as show how to properly prepare coffee and do latte demo art. Angkan belongs to the group of third wave coffee shops who believe the only way to enjoy coffee is through roasting its own beans.

Guests who are looking to join this one of a kind experience can secure a spot in any of the workshops by pre-registering here.
