Hariphil Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the official distributor of Hyundai Truck & Bus (HTB) in the Philippines, continues its commitment to customer care through the second leg of its Before Service Activity, running until November 28, 2026.
The Before Service Activity provides Hyundai Truck & Bus with an opportunity to serve loyal customers while reaching new partners, fostering stronger relationships and encouraging a more proactive approach to vehicle maintenance. Through participating HTB dealerships, the initiative brings customers closer to professional aftersales assistance available across the network.
Throughout the campaign period, participating dealerships may offer the following services and benefits:
- Free 35-Point Check-Up
- Free Vehicle Inspection using GDS (Global Diagnostic System)
- Actual Diagnosing and Product Orientation
- Giveaways and Freebies
More than a routine inspection, the BSA encourages owners to take a proactive approach to maintaining their commercial vehicles. It also provides an opportunity for Hyundai Truck & Bus to better understand customer needs, re-engage inactive owners, and introduce new prospects to the services and expertise available through its dealership network.
“Our responsibility does not end when a customer drives a vehicle out of the dealership. It continues through every kilometer, every delivery, and every journey their business takes,” said Ms. Maria Fe Perez-Agudo, Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of HARI.
“Through the Before Service Activity, we are strengthening that commitment by making professional vehicle care more accessible while reconnecting with our customers and understanding their evolving needs. We want every Hyundai Truck & Bus owner to have the confidence that the right support is within reach, helping them protect their investment, minimize disruptions, and keep their businesses moving forward.” Ms. Perez-Agudo concluded.
Customers are encouraged to visit their nearest Hyundai Truck and Bus dealership to learn more about the program and its available offerings.
