Isuzu Urdaneta Moves To New Location

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), together with its long-standing dealer partner INTECO, has officially relocated Isuzu Urdaneta to a new and more strategic location, reflecting both companies’ commitment to improving customer satisfaction through greater accessibility and a better dealership experience.

The new dealership facility is now also compliant with the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS), supporting IPC’s continuing efforts to provide customers with an enhanced and consistent ownership experience across its dealer network.

Located near the Urdaneta exit of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX), the new Isuzu Urdaneta is positioned to better respond to the evolving transportation and mobility needs of customers in Pangasinan and across Northern Luzon. Over the years, the development of TPLEX has changed the way people travel to and through Urdaneta City. Recognizing these changing travel patterns, IPC and INTECO relocated the dealership to a location that allows customers easier access to sales, aftersales, and service support whether they are based in the city or traveling through the region.

“We have moved our location here for convenience, for our customers. With our visibility, I’m proud to say this dealership would be Isuzu’s landmark dealership in the North,” said INTECO President Raymond Jarina.

With Urdaneta City playing a vital role as a center for agriculture, commerce, trade, and manufacturing in Northern Luzon, various businesses, entrepreneurs, and communities across the region continue to rely on dependable transportation to support their operations. The new IOS-compliant Isuzu Urdaneta facility now strengthens IPC and INTECO’s ability to provide comprehensive sales and aftersales support in this important regional market.

“With many businesses and communities depending on reliable transportation to keep their operations moving, we believe this new location puts Isuzu in an even better position to serve their mobility needs and support the continued growth of the city and surrounding areas,” said IPC President Mikio Tsukui at the opening ceremony.

The opening also highlights IPC’s enduring partnership with INTECO, one of Isuzu’s oldest and most trusted dealer groups serving customers north of Manila. INTECO has been part of Isuzu’s dealer network since the 1960s and was the company’s first dealer partner in the Philippines through its EDSA dealership. Through the decades, INTECO has continued to strengthen and expand its network while remaining committed to delivering dependable sales and aftersales support to generations of Isuzu customers.

Spanning a 2,700-square-meter property, the new dealership facility features a 145-square-meter showroom capable of displaying up to two light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and one commercial vehicle. The IOS-compliant facility provides customers with a more comfortable and convenient environment to explore Isuzu’s vehicle lineup and consult with the dealership’s sales team regarding their personal or business mobility requirements.

Supporting customers beyond the point of sale is the dealership’s 1,481-square-meter service area, equipped with five service bays for LCVs and one bay for heavy-duty trucks. The service facility enables Isuzu Urdaneta to efficiently cater to private, government, and commercial vehicle customers and provide timely maintenance and repair support that helps maximize vehicle uptime and productivity.

INTECO continues to invest in strengthening and modernizing its dealership network, including its locations in Quezon Avenue, Pampanga, Dagupan, Urdaneta, Baguio, EDSA Balintawak, and Valenzuela, further enhancing its ability to serve customers across Northern Luzon.
