If a 5-second 0 to 100 km/h time for a three-row SUV still isn’t blistering fast for you, how about if Tesla managed to cut it down by 0.5 seconds to 4.5 seconds? That’s exactly what’s happened with the Model Y L.
Complimentary to all of the latest Model Y L builds, Tesla Philippines has squeezed out extra performance from the dual-motor all-electric three-row SUV. The added power doesn’t come with any extra price as it still retails for the same P 2,849,000.
The added straight-line pace aside, the improvements haven’t touched other parameters of the Model Y L including its 681-kilometer WLTP range and, of course, it’s suite of technology and safety systems.
The six-seater Model Y L comes standard with adaptive damping, 19-inch Machina 2.0 wheels, a 19-speaker sound system. Optional extras include five additional exterior colorways, a Zen Gray interior, and a choice between two Autopilot packages.
Alongside the improved Model Y L, Tesla Philippines has announced that more Tesla charging sites are set to open:
- Superchargers
- Baguio
- Manila
- Seven/Neo BGC
- Paseo Center Makati
- Robinson Magnolia
- Destination Chargers
- SM City Cebu
- SM Olongapo Central
