Chevrolet Makati Opens

Chevrolet Philippines shifted into high gear when it opened its new dealership at the heart of Makati City’s Automotive Row last October 31. One of the new generation dealerships that adhere to the new Corporate Identity Standards pioneered by GM International Operations, the Makati dealership is set to raise the bar for automotive excellence with its outstanding showroom experience, customer relations management, and sales and aftersales services. Located along Chino Roces Avenue (formerly Pasong Tamo Extension), the dealership that broke ground last May stands with an imposing view coming out of the Lumbang gate of Dasmarinas Village.

The new automotive center boasts of a 300 square meter showroom area allowing clients to appreciate each of the Chevrolets car models on display. The design also incorporates a massive 1000 square meter service area fully visible from the showroom offering customers a clear view of the entire workshop along with the Chevrolet team’s technical expertise and workshop administration.

BT Auto Sport, Inc., the company that owns the Makati dealership, trusts in the Chevrolet brand’s potential to shake the area’s market and edge out competing brands. Operating under the Solar Group of Companies umbrella, which has businesses in various industries such as media and entertainment, real estate, and consumer goods, the dealership looks to tap its channels to make a mark in the automotive industry.

“We believe in the Chevrolet brand and TCCCI as our partner. Because of this trust and confidence, we will harness the full resources available to us to offer the best service to our customers alongside the excellent Chevrolet products we offer. Our timing is just right, with the Chevrolet Trailblazer 4x2 AT, Colorado, Spin and Malibu on stream, we know Chevrolet is on the rise,” BT Auto Sport, Inc. President, Irwin Tieng said. “We will do our part in conquering the automotive market for Chevrolet in the Makati area and contribute to making Chevrolet one of the top automotive brands in the Philippines.,” Tieng added.

Exclusive importer and distributor of Chevrolet automobiles and parts in the Philippines, The Covenant Car Company Inc. (TCCCI) is confident that the Makati dealership would open new doors for the brand as it builds its network to service its Filipino clients efficiently.

“In line with our business development plan, we’re mapping out the Chevrolet dealer network to be able to serve our clients better. We endeavor to build strong business partnerships with our dealers, constantly aiming for the brand’s steady growth as well as our partners’ advancement,” TCCCI’s President and Managing Director, Atty. Albert Arcilla explained.

Since TCCCI began operations four years ago, Chevrolet has received recognition for excellent customer service for two straight years from independent award giving body J.D. Power Asia Pacific. Chevrolet Makati promises to offer the same excellence by offering an interactive and conducive space where customers can experience the brand’s character and personality, from service that exceeds customers’ expectations to vehicles conceptualized to suit every stage of life.

Models on display at the Chevrolet Makati dealership include a selection from Chevrolet Philippines’ sleek lineup of automobiles such as the mini-passenger Chevrolet Spark, subcompact Chevrolet Sonic, and ‘Car of the Year’ compact sedan Chevrolet Cruze. The large showroom also has space for Chevrolet’s bigger models like the diesel-engine compact SUV Chevrolet Captiva, multi-purpose vehicle Chevrolet Orlando, DURAMAX-powered pick-up truck Chevrolet Colorado, mid-sized Diesel SUV Chevrolet Trailblazer, as well as its full-sized SUV Chevrolet Suburban and its latest premium sedan, The Chevrolet Malibu. Completing the lineup is the brand’s iconic and ultimate American muscle car, the Chevrolet Camaro.
