Now on its third edition for four wheels, CIFOS is gearing up for another high-energy weekend that brings together championship racing, spectacular cars, custom builds, car clubs, food, exhibits, and a community of enthusiasts under one big celebration of speed.

For three days, Clark International Speedway will become a playground for everyone from serious motorsport fans and seasoned drivers to collectors, builders, club members, photographers, families, and first-time spectators.

CIFOS is part of a larger vision for Clark and Philippine motorsport.

According to Clark International Speedway President Johnny Tan, “Through CIFOS, we wish to help establish Clark Freeport Zone as the epicenter of Philippine motorsports and a renowned travel and tourism destination for automotive and motorcycle events in Southeast Asia.”

The festival aims to make motorsport more accessible while giving local drivers, clubs, builders, creators, and enthusiasts a platform to participate and be seen.

CIFOS is built around six signature segments, each offering a different way to experience the festival.

• PHIMOS Cup (Motorsport Action) – With championship points on the line, expect serious racing with the country’s top drivers going head-to-head on the circuit.
• The Pitlane (Showcase & Exhibits) – The Pitlane brings together automotive brands, builds, gear, products, and businesses in one high-traffic area.
• Tour d’Elegance (The Signature Parade) – Tour d’Elegance is a rolling celebration of automotive culture. Last year, 236 cars took part in the mega parade, creating a remarkable spectacle of assorted makes and models coming together.
• Track Experience (Take It to the Circuit) – Track Experience are guided, non-competitive sessions designed to give participants a taste of what it is like to take their own cars onto the country’s premier motorsports playground.
• Rev & Dine (Food Bazaar) – Rev & Dine serves as CIFOS’s food bazaar and social hub, with a curated lineup of vendors located close to the main viewing areas and The Pitlane.
• On the Grid (Car Meet) – For those who come to CIFOS as much for the cars as they do for the racing, On the Grid is where the community comes together. The dedicated car meet gives clubs, enthusiasts, collectors, and builders a place to showcase their machines and connect with fellow members of the automotive community.

The excitement for the October festival has already kicked-off. CIFOS recently held its pre-festival photography competition, CIFOS Trackside: Frames of Speed.

This year’s event surpassed the previous record, attracting almost 90 official registrants across both 4-wheel and 2-wheel categories.

Held in partnership with Sony Philippines, Epson Philippines, and Cars & Prints, Frames of Speed top winners and finalists will be honored during the main CIFOS festivals, with their winning pieces displayed at the Trade Hall photo gallery.

The CIFOS 4-Wheels Festival takes place October 16–18, 2026 at Clark International Speedway.
