Only APORs Allowed To Take Public Transport During MECQ
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) said only Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs) can ride public transportation. The recognized list is the one released by the IATF-EID. This as the National Capital Region (NCR), Laguna, and Bataan shifted to MECQ from August 21 to 31, 2021.

Dy III, House Bill 8244 or “An Act Regulating the Use and Registration of Vintage Automobiles and Other Historical, Classical, or Collector Motor Vehicles, Providing Exemptions and Restrictions on Their Importation and Use, Establishing a Vintage Car Registration and Assessment Office, and Appropriating Funds Therefor” will offer added protection to the importation and use of cars more than 30 years old.
