The City RS Combines Fresh, Sporty Style With Honda's Signature Driving Performance
Looking back, one of our family’s most memorable cars was the Honda City. The first Honda City that was launched by Honda Cars Philippines entered the market as a game-changer of its time and with a theme song, to boot. Not only did we have one of the them in our garage, it quickly escalated to fill the streets of Metro Manila, becoming a prime choice for first-time car buyers or for starting professionals.

2023 Honda Jazz RS Offers More Torque Than A Civic RS Turbo
When the fourth-generation Honda Fit (global name Jazz) made its debut at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2019, its design wasn’t that well-received. Although some markets quickly implemented their own unique front fascia treatments, that became moot and academic for ASEAN, where it was discontinued in favor of the City Hatchback.

Review: 2022 Changan Alsvin 1.5 Platinum DCT
The name, Alsvin has certainly raised some eyebrows. At first, it seems this new sub-compact sedan from Changan has a typo in its name. While the automaker has provided no definitive reason behind its name, “Alsvin,” is actually a mythical Norse horse which also happens to mean, “swift.” Now, whether that’s an intentional shot across Suzuki’s bow is something best left to the imagination.

While the fate of the Reina is clear (it’ll be discontinued) under Hyundai’s new Philippine distributor, Hyundai Motor Philippines (HMPH), there’s still some uncertainty looming over its sub-compact sedan, the Accent. The All-New Nissan Almera Redefines Practicality And Reliable Daily Mobility
Ironically, when there seems to be no end to your to-do list, there also seems to be less time available to get everything done. With the country — and the rest of the world, for that matter — lifting its borders and easing restrictions, there is a lot of catching up to do. We’re talking about the little things, which include the day-to-day routine and errands that have either been put on hold or even forgotten in the past couple of years. Suddenly, opportunities abound and there is much to take care of.

Review: 2022 Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL AGS
At P 754,000, the Suzuki Celerio is the most expensive sub-B segment hatchback in the market. Putting things into perspective, it’s more expensive than the Toyota Wigo TRD S (P 700,000) and the Kia Picanto EX (P 745,000); heck, it’s pricier even than the Honda Brio RS (P 730,000) and that one carries a larger 1.2-liter motor. This seems like madness, but according to Suzuki Philippines, there’s reasoning behind all this, and that’s down to technology. However, after spending a couple of days with this diminutive hatchback, yes, you do see some flashes of brilliance now and then, but they’re never enough to outweigh its rather prohibitive price point.
