Yup, You Can Buy Rotary-Themed Dinner Plates and Scale Models from Mazda

Most people are aware of MAZDASPEED—Mazda’s in-house performance division responsible for motorsports and even the creation of high-performance versions of some of their road cars. It started as a grassroots racing team in Japan, but was absorbed as a wholly-owned subsidiary in 1999.

Though quiet in the production car front, MAZDASPEED is still around, but they’ve concentrated their efforts mostly to provide R&D support to Mazda’s various motorsports programs. That’s well and good for the racers out there, but where does that leave people with road-going Mazdas then? Perhaps those looking for a bit more pep? Enter MZRacing.

Technically, MZRacing isn’t into the manufacture of aftermarket parts the way Cusco or HKS are. Instead, they’re more into the PR side of Mazda’s motorsports efforts and with that, they are also the ones responsible for the sale of Mazda-branded goods and accessories.

If you’re looking for a carbon fiber air intake for the CX-5 for instance, MZRacing has that. They also have a red engine cover for the MX-5 ND and aluminum billet oil filler caps. They even sell things like car covers and tire covers, too.

By and large though, MZRacing is responsible for producing and selling Mazda-branded merchandise like t-shirts, hoodies, caps, model cars, and many more. Oh, and if you plan to head to any of the Mazda-themed events like the Mazda Fan Festa and Be A Driver Experience at Fuji Speedway, they’re the ones selling VIP passes, too.

In short, if you’re looking for rotary-shaped dinner plates and 787B-themed socks, you’ll be glad to know that there’s someone out there who makes them.

You can check out all the stuff MZRacing has for sale, here. Take note, that they only do shipping in Japan for now (and the website is in Japanese).
