Shell kicked off its 110-milestone year with a gathering of the company’s current and former leaders, highlighting how Shell has been and always will be committed to powering progress in the Philippines.
From its humble beginnings in 1914 to its present-day leadership in the energy industry, Shell has been driven by a spirit of innovation and a deep-rooted commitment to empowering Filipino lives.

- 1914: Planting the Seeds of Partnership. Shell arrives in the Philippines, laying the foundation for a century-long partnership to enable the nation’s progress.
- 1920s: Fueling Development, Powering Industries. Shell added new distribution points ushering in a new era of connectedness, productivity, and mobility.
- 1940s: Standing Steadfast, Unwavering Support. Through World War II, Shell fuels the nation's resilience, demonstrating its steadfast commitment even in the face of adversity.
