The Foton EC Mobile Truck gives Foton vehicle owners the upper hand by providing on-call maintenance services such as Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS), onboard electronic troubleshooting and diagnosing, as well as repairs related to aircon, engine electrical, mechanical, and underchassis.
Striving for a faster yet quality response to customer aftersales requirements, Foton is evolving its EC Mobile Service Program to offer 24/7 services to provide prompt assistance to owners of their Passenger Vehicles, Gratour Trucks, and Light-Duty Trucks. The upgraded service gives necessary attention to address vehicle maintenance and repair at the client’s most convenient location, applicable for its fleet partners and even for individual customers.
The Foton EC Mobile is equipped with essential tools for delivering its services, including a 3.5-kilowatt generator set that can be used to power tools such as a 1.5-horsepower air compressor, an impact wrench, and even work lights that could enable technicians to work with high precision at night or in poorly lit areas. It also carries two large capacity oil pans to avoid spillage of used oil, which are then transferred to the built-in used oil depository tanks when performing PMS, a creeper for underchassis work, sets of wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, and an array of precision hand tools for mechanical demands.
The 24/7 EC Mobile service is currently on pilot testing until December 31, 2020 and is available through the following dealers:
