This is good in theory. I inquired at the Sta Rosa dealership and NO ONE knew about Kinto. I was looking at the Rav4 for a 4-year lease.
ReplyDeleteWhat's annoying is, they told me that there is a "someone" who handles Kinto. After about a half-hour, I followed up and then they told me that that "someone" is on maternity leave.
Lastly, the sales person who I was talking to tried to sell me a Rav4 (instead of lease) but gave me a rundown of how many months I would wait. I felt that he was hinting that I can add $$$ so I can be bumped on the waiting list.
I ended up going with Mazda. And I am happy.
your experience is not isolated. good that Toyota as a brand is strong but as to customer experience in the dealership, I think not. This is the reason the “x” deal are still happening
ReplyDeleteI agree. I got lucky in 2020 when I bought a Toyota. The sales agent that helped me was great. This leads me to believe that there are still honest sales agents out there...
