MIAS 2013: Ford Previews New Fiesta, Goes on Sale Later this Year

Ford is in the spotlight at the 2013 Manila International Auto Show with the preview of the new Ford Fiesta. With the refresh of its class-leading small car, Ford demonstrates its commitment to capture even more of the rapidly growing small car segment as the company continues with its aggressive growth plan for the Philippines.

The new Fiesta took center stage on Press Day of the Manila Show, featuring a redesigned exterior boasting a sporty new grille and all-new smart features technologies, including Ford SYNC.

Ford began its product-led transformation in the Philippines with the launch of the Ford Fiesta subcompact in 2010, which has been one of the key drivers of the company’s continued success.

Thanks to its sporty design, class-leading fuel efficiency, excellent safety, and smart technologies, the Fiesta continues to be one of Ford’s best-selling nameplates and the best-selling five-door hatchback in its class for a second consecutive year.

The new Fiesta will be launched later this year in the Philippines.

  1. I am looking for the ford fiesta 4 door sedan is it coming this year.thanks

  2. Didn't see
it earlier... Maybe the car was on tour?

    1. The facelifted Fiesta was only shown on Thursday from the opening to about 4PM. It was more for the media rather than the public.

  3. I got excited about the Ecoboost brand of Ford with the most affordable and handsomest car in their lineup (Fiesta, probably its just me!). Did a research on the internet. Much to my disappointment, the engine could be dangerous! sigh. Is it true that Ford managed to fix cars with these problematic engines? Planning to buy a car early next year. I thought this is what I'm waiting for. more sigh..
