Present during the ceremony were IPC Vice President for Sales Shunsuke Yasui, Isuzu Iloilo Branch Manager Vanessa Lutero, and Lambunao Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairman Mary Floridette Yu, underscoring the strong collaboration between the LGU and the Isuzu network.
