GAC Motor Philippines is updating its best-selling compact crossover, the Emzoom for 2026 following its sneaky preview at the Manila International Auto Show.
For 2026, the Emzoom is retaining its three-variant line-up: the Emzoom GS, the Emzoom GB, and the top-of-the-line Emzoom R Style.
All variants receive a more refined exterior defined by the redesigned front grille and bumper, and alloy wheel designs. Inside, it has a larger infotainment screen (up to 14.6 inches from 10.25-inch) and improved smartphone connectivity via wireless Apple CarPlay.
Selected variants will also have enhanced comfort and driver assistance features including ventilated seats, wireless charging, and advanced parking support systems (more sensors and a 360-degree camera).
Mechanically, the Emzoom remains unchanged for 2026. This means packing a turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine good for 177 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque. The sole transmission is a wet-type 7-speed DCT.
Full specs for the Emzoom will be revealed on Wednesday, April 29, but pricing has been confirmed to start at P 1,089,900 for the Emzoom GS, P 1,189,900 for the Emzoom GB, and P 1,289,900 for the Emzoom R-Style.
