Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) recognized its best performing dealers at its 2026 Dealer Conference.

The Top 5 Volume Driver Dealer Groups that delivered outstanding sales performance and operational excellence over the past year are:
  • First Place: Sakura Autoworld, Inc.
  • Second Place: Cebu Autocentrale Corporation / Autocentral Incorporated
  • Third Place: Etna Motors, Inc. / Mt. Sinai Motors Corporation
  • Fourth Place: Grand Canyon Multiholdings, Inc.
  • Fifth Place: Matrix Motor Corporation
These dealer groups played a pivotal role in accelerating Suzuki’s growth, demonstrating strong market execution, customer focus, and consistency across their respective networks.

In addition, the Legacy Partnership Award was presented to Ponce Automobile Corporation in recognition of its unwavering partnership with Suzuki Philippines Incorporated for over three decades. The award honors their steadfast commitment, loyalty, and invaluable contributions in strengthening the Suzuki brand while delivering exceptional service to customers in Bacolod and Negros Occidental. Their 31 years of dedication stand as a testament to a truly enduring partnership built on trust, excellence, and shared success.

Suzuki’s dealership network was instrumental in the brand’s solid 2025 performance where the carmaker recorded 21,984 units sold—an 8 percent year-on-year growth. This helped them maintain its Top 3 position in CAMPI-TMA rankings.

In his keynote message, SPH President Koichiro Hirao emphasized that Suzuki’s success is built on the strength and alignment of its dealer network. He noted that as the market becomes more competitive and customer expectations continue to evolve, growth will require a more disciplined and focused approach—one that goes beyond traditional methods and embraces adaptability, strategic execution, and long-term thinking.

Automobile Division Director and General Manager Norihide Takei reinforced this direction by highlighting the importance of “smarter volume,” stressing that success today is not defined by scale alone, but by the ability of dealerships to operate efficiently, respond quickly to market needs, and deliver meaningful customer experiences. He emphasized that dealers remain at the forefront of the business, transforming opportunities into sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Suzuki Philippines also reaffirmed its long-term commitment to growth through continued investments in infrastructure and operational capability.

Managing Director Norminio Mojica shared updates on key developments, including the expansion of the company’s Pre-Delivery Inspection facility and the development of a new integrated parts warehouse and training center. These initiatives are designed to strengthen operational efficiency and support the growing demands of both the network and customers.

Beyond sales, the conference underscored the importance of aftersales excellence in sustaining customer trust and brand loyalty. Yukio Sato, General Manager for After Sales and Marine Division, emphasized that while a sale marks the beginning of the customer journey, it is the quality, reliability, and consistency of aftersales service that ultimately define long-term success.
