Honda Cars Expands Reach With Tacloban Dealership

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) continues to serve more Filipinos with its expansion in the Eastern Visayas region. The carmaker officially opened Honda Cars Tacloban, its first dealership in the region.

Located near Bethel International School, Barangay Pawing, Palo, Leyte, Honda Cars Tacloban spans 2,145 square meters. It houses the latest Honda model lineup, parts, and state-of-the-art facilities for general repairs, spare parts, light compact body and paint, and preventive maintenance.

The dealership is operated by Topcars Autoworld Corporation, a trusted local partner whose deep roots in Tacloban ensure Honda’s global standards of service are delivered throughout the region.

The inauguration was attended by the Municipal Mayor of Palo, Leyte, Honorable Remedios “Matin” L. Petilla, who delivered a message of support. She commended the dealer for its expansion and shared her optimism about the quality products and services it will provide to Leyte and Samar residents.

“For many years, our presence in this market (Region 8) has been limited, and we have only been able to reach our customers in Tacloban through caravan activities. With the opening of Honda Cars Tacloban, we can now provide a more consistent, more accessible, and more complete customer experience that Honda owners truly deserve. This dealership strengthens our presence in the region and allows us to offer full services, from sales to after-sales support. It also helps us build long-term relationships with our customers in Tacloban,” said Hidekazu Arai, HCPI president.

Honda Cars Tacloban Showroom is open from Monday to Sunday (8 AM to 5 PM). Service operations are available from Monday to Saturday (8 AM to 5 PM). For appointments or inquiries, please contact +63 956 286 6399 or send an email to hondataclobanaftersales [at] gmail.com.

  3. Is Honda serious on the Philippines? Honda seems not to be doing good globally.

    1. Pretty sure they still are despite being priced higher, but they do lack presense in quite a lot of areas here (only 40ish palang I think?) BYD has more na. But with that lesser amount of branches it is quite laudable that they continue to clinch top 5 to 7 in CAMPI's monthly reports
