Photos by Ulysses Ang
In time with the Ford Mustang’s 50th anniversary, Ford shows off the all-new 2015 version of the iconic muscle car for the first time in the ASEAN region at the 31st Thailand Motor Expo 2014. Showcased in a left-hand drive configuration at the show, the all-new Mustang is expected to make its arrival in the Philippines early 2015.

At the Thailand Motor Expo, Ford is showing off the 2.3-liter EcoBoost version of the 2015 Mustang. In this particular configuration, it pumps out 310 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 434 Nm at 3,000 rpm. Together with its 6-speed automatic, the 2015 Mustang EcoBoost is capable of rocketing to 100 km/h in just a little over 5 seconds and can do the quarter-mile in just 13.9 seconds. The high-tech all-aluminum engine features direct injection and cam phasing technology.

The particular unit showcased at the show is the Premium variant and features 19-inch dark alloy wheels, a fatter anti-roll bar, different suspension tuning, a 3.55:1 limited slip rear end, and beefier brakes among other performance enhancements.

The 2015 Mustang has been announced already as a global product and by showcasing it to markets such as Thailand for the first time shows Ford’s commitment to delivering world-class vehicles equipped with advanced technologies such as EcoBoost.

    6. AFAIK it's the Camaro V8 that's priced at P4.2-4.4M. The Mustang V8 is priced at P2.9-3.0M here. Check your facts before posting Kenneth
