Racewell Marketing Signs Partnership as Marketing Arm for Batangas Racing Circuit, Inc.

Racewell Marketing, a full service motorsports agency, today signed a partnership with the Batangas Racing Circuit, Inc. (BRCI) as the marketing arm of its locally-owned circuits. The official contract signing between Robert Ortiz, Racewell Marketing CEO and Nelson Gayola, BRCI Managing Head for Corporate Communications Department was held on February 12, 2014 at the Boom na Boom Complex, in Pasay City.

In the agreement, Racewell Marketing will manage the on-track admissions, amenities, food, hospitality, and media relations. They will also now handle paddock and garage rentals, trade area bookings, and track advertisements for race teams, retailers, and sponsors.

The circuits that Racewell Marketing will operate are the Clark International Speedway in Pampanga, Batangas Racing Circuit in Batangas, Carmona Race Track in Cavite, and Boomland Kart Track in Pasay City.

“Our goal at Racewell Marketing is to help Philippine motorsports host better races and welcome more visitors, so much so that it will become an extraordinary experience for all. We're positive that the efforts we put into this partnership will benefit the sport as a whole and also be able to attract more companies to invest in terms of sponsorship,” said Robert Ortiz, Racewell Marketing CEO.

One of the immediate focus areas of this project is to enhance the hospitality building, viewing deck, and VIP rooms. Even the restrooms, general parking areas, and walkways will receive a much-needed rehabilitation. Meanwhile, appointing an accredited food concessionaire and caterer will provide visitors with all the necessary drinks and meals at reasonable price within the track premises. With all these developments, Racewell Marketing hopes that the improved experience will attract more visitors during the races.

The delegation of work to Racewell Marketing allows BRCI to focus their technical expertise on conducting the races, safety, and track maintenance.

“We are delighted to have Racewell Marketing on board. The services they offer will certainly make our race tracks more accessible and accommodating for both the racers and visitors. It also lets us focus more our core competency, which is to manage the activities on track,” said Nelson Gayola, BRCI Managing Head for Corporate Communications Department.

Both groups will work closely together to improve the overall quality, awareness, and appeal of Philippine motorsports.

Aside from track operations, Racewell Marketing also manages the motorsport activities of Petronas Philippines, who is the 2013 and 2014 title sponsor for the Philippine Motorsports Championship organized by Batangas Racing Circuit, Inc.
