There’s a new GR (Grab Ready) ride in town: meet the Changan Alsvin 1.4L 5MT. Dubbed as “your next partner in profit,” the Alsvin 1.4L 5MT can now be purchased for your taxi or TNVS business. And as part of Changan Motor Philippines’ Biyahenyong Aasenso Showcase, they outlined some of the features that set it apart from other “GR” rides:
- Sleek design with projector halogen-type headlamps with up/down adjustment
- 382-liter trunk capacity, which is notably spacious for a sedan
- Passenger amenities: seating capacity for five; A/C with PM 0.1 air filter; multi-media system with 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth and USB connectivity and video playback
- Driver convenience: 4-way manual driver seat adjustment; Electric Power Steering (EPS); multi-functional steering wheel controls for easier operation of infotainment system
- Power: maximum of 100 horsepower at 6,000 rpm; Torque: maximum of 135 Nm from 3,500 to 4,500 rpm.
- Safety: Dual Front Airbags; Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD) reverse camera; Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS); Child Safety Lock; ISOFIX; seatbelt reminder; keyless entry; adjustable Follow-Me-Home headlamps that you can set to stay “on” from 10 to 120 seconds to provide a safe path while parking in a dim or dark area.
