Kia Philippines's Technician Recognized in Kia World Service Advisor Competition

A company is only as strong as its partners, and Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), the exclusive distributor of Kia vehicles in the Philippines, is no exception. Staff development is one of CAC’s most important programs that they provide to their partner dealerships’ sales and service departments. A prime example of one dealership that has taken full advantage of this is Kia Pampanga.

Motivated by their legion of satisfied and worry-free customers, Kia Pampanga has once again proven in the local and international scene that they are among the best at what they do. This is due in part to the expertise of the Laus Group and the stewardship of its Chairman, Liberato “Levy” P. Laus.
Kia Pampanga is a trusted partner of CAC, and for many years now, Kia vehicle owners from Region 3 have always looked to the dealership’s reliable and capable hands when it comes to vehicle servicing.

When the dealership celebrated its silver anniversary in 2014, all eyes were on Kia Pampanga to see how they will exceed expectations and surpass an already high mark of excellence and customer satisfaction.

In March, Ferdinand D. Ralar, one of Kia Pampanga’s own, was named Service Advisor Champion in the CAC-organized 8th Kia National Skills World Cup. The nationwide competition is joined by Kia personnel from Parts, Service, and Sales.

Ralar then took part in a technical and skills competition against Kia Service Advisors from all over the world. He took home the silver medal in the Kia World Service Advisor Competition held in Chonan, South Korea in May.

As a Service Advisor, he was tested on his knowledge of standard operating procedures or the Kia 10-Step Service Process. Ralar placed second overall and went home with US$ 3,000.
CAC is immensely proud of this win as they work continuously to provide support to all its partner dealerships. This global victory for Ralar is another milestone for Kia Pampanga.

Just recently, Kia Pampanga notched 7 wins in the recently concluded Dealer Conference and Awards Night organized by CAC.

These awards include: Best in Parts Operations, Best in Service Operations, Top 4 Certified Kia Sales Consultant of the Year, Best in Events Marketing, Best in Vehicle Retail Sales, and Dealer Dashboard Awards (Platinum Prestige with Silver Turtleship).

Aside from the honor of getting the most trophies home, Kia Pampanga was also named Dealer of the Year (DOYA), the most coveted recognition across the full global network of Kia dealerships.
It was truly a feat worth celebrating and Kia Pampanga was quick to share the honor with their trusted and hardworking personnel and loyal customers through a special thanksgiving party.
Kia Pampanga continues to be in the spotlight with all these honors but the dealership is steadfast in bringing the spotlight back to their beloved customers. For Kia Pampanga, these victories are simply part of challenging and pushing their limits when it comes to service excellence.

After all, customer satisfaction is, and will always be, the priority and the public can always rely on Kia Pampanga to make good on that commitment.
