Autosweep RFID Enrollment Moves to By Appointment Basis


With several of its RFID installation sites getting overcrowded (some have even been told to temporarily close due to social distancing violations by the IATF), the management of Autosweep RFID has opted to make RFID enrollment by appointment basis only (click here to set an appointment).

The RFID system used by SLEX, Skyway, STAR, NAIAX, and TPLEX says all RFID enrollment will be done a by-appointment basis starting today, November 4, 2020. This was announced and confirmed through their various social media platforms.

The Autosweep RFID still remains free of charge but will require a P 200 initial load for Class 1 and P 1,000 for Class 2 and 3 vehicles.


Based on personal experience, the appointment system is still slow and buggy at the moment. Interested applicants can book their slot through this link

    13. Sa totoo lang ilang week na rin akung nag aavail sa site nyo ang lalayo ng date na available jan 15 pa sa pinili kung pag papakabitan ano ba yan tapos tikect agad eh pano ung mga may bagung sasakyan matatagalan pa para makadaan jan sa express way na sinasabi nyo ayusin nyo naman....

  4. Its been 6days since i made an email to autosweep regarding their defective sticker and asking an appointment for replacement of the said sticker yet until now, no reply on their part. I thought the private corp is better than the govt services they'r all the same😡.

  7. I try to make an online reservation since you implemented this. But i cannot access to your system... do you have another option how can avail the rfid... i went to ibaan batangas Petron to have this rfid and they told me i need to make an appointment online...but it is not available..

I said BETTER, not necessarily easy...for people like us who seldom use SLEX, to travel far just to get the sticker installed is already a hassle... And you get my money for the load which I would seldom use, grabeh.. Easy way to earn money for you!!

Pwede naman sanang hindi by appointmnet sa mga installation site nyo na hindi maraming nagpapalagay ng rfid...dumaan ako tplex km134 (petron gas station) ako ako lang customer kaso di daw pwede kc by appointment...wala naman ginagawa yung 4 na workers nyo nakaupo lang kaso di pwede kc di pwede walk in...kawawa naman kami na taga norte...

  68. mag-iimplement kayo ng changes pero hindi naman pala kayo handa sa pag dagsa ng application. ang laki nyong kumpanya pero ayaw nyo mag spread out sa metro manila para hindi magsiksikan sa iilang installation sites. worse, yung sites nyo ay dun lang sa malapit sa expressways.kung ako taga south of manila at pupunta ako ng norte,pipila muna ako sa site nyo sa bandang nlex para lang malagyan ng sticker. at kung ako ay taga north of manila at may planong pumunta sa south, dadayo pa ako sa bandang slex para lang makabitan ng sticker. hindi ba napakalaking katangahan yang gusto nyo? convinient sa inyo hindi sa mga CUSTOMER nyo. tapos pag dating ng dec 1, may multa na? eh anong kagaguhan yan? mr tugade wala itong pinag kaiba sa beep card na ipinilit mong ipatupad sa mga bus na hindi naman pala handa i-roll out. mag-isip ka naman muna bago ka mag utos ng basta basta na lang.maganda sana yung idea kaso hindi naman pinaghandaan.

    1. nakakadismaya talaga ang ginagawa nila, dito sa Balagtas Star tollway pinapila nila noong Nov. 4 2020, pagkatapos noon wala na ang sabi online na ang aplikasyon pero wala namang maayos na website! Hay nakakadismaya talaga ang ginagawa nila sa mga motorista!

  84. I travelled from Baguio to Rosario, La Union after I countlessly failed to access the website thinking that I could get an RFID sticker at Rosario Tool Gate even without the online registration.

    The teller told me to try again the online registration but to no avail so I went to Sison Tollgate for a U turn and to try my luck registering but still the website is inaccessible.

    I told the teller at Sison that their website is not functioning and she said that there might be lots of people trying to register or schedules might be fully booked.

    She recommended for me to try registering online using a computer and do it at midnight so there would be lesser people using the website.

    I did the recommendation but I still could not access the website up to now.

    What an inefficient system telling people to register online to an INACCESSIBLE website.

  95. One thing. You implemented this type of online appointment without making some testing? You want us to use this fucking rfid and set a deadline but your service is very poor. You have the money to put some additional database to your server. (PERA LANG KASI HABOL NYO)

  113. goodmorning, Nakapag pa schedule na po ako ng appointment for autosweep pero as of today wala pa dn ako narereceive na confirmation thru email. may nakapag pa appointment na po ba dto at nakabitan ng autosweep kahit walang nareceive na confirmation basta pumunta na lang dun sa appointment date nag trtry ako mag re-apppointment baka kasi hindi naging successfull yung application pero ayaw na pumasok already used na daw yung plate no at email. thanks

  117. ako po kahit walang confirmation email nag punta ako sa schedule ko, yon nga lang makikipag away ka muna sa mga employee nila doon na wala kang na received na confirmation email, yon kasi unang hahanapin sayo copy ng confirmation email. tumagal pag tatalo namin kasi gusto nila mag pa sched ulit ako. sabi ko problem ng system nila yon bakit walang email, sabi ko i check nila name ko sa system nila pumayag naman at buti nalang na printscreen ko yong reference number upon submitting my appointment online. yon nalang pina sulat sakin sa form.

  118. As ussual palpak na naman ang sistema. Hindi na naman naka prepare. Walang available slot kahit saan. Customer hotline walang sumasagot o ayaw sagutin. DOTR palpak na naman, ayaw munang mag isip bago mag announce. Then SMC lunik lang ng lunok kahit nabubulunan na.as ussual taong bayan na namanang kawawa.

  130. Nagtungo ako sa sta Rosa SRIT ng Nov. 6, 2020. Walang tao ako lang yung dalawang empleyado nio walang ginagawa pero hindi rin ako pinayagang magpa lagay ng RFID dahil by appointment daw. Sinuwerte ako sa almost never ending trial, na makapasok sa site nio at makapag schedule ng Nov.14, 2020sa SRIT, pero ng pumunta ako (ngayon)ay wala na kayo doon.
    Try ko again ang site ninyo January na ang available! Anong perwisyo ang ginawa ninyo sa akin!

  133. I had my autosweep rfid sticker today even if i have no confirmatory email. I did not received email but i still proceeded to Eton toll plaza, the place where i registered, and i just presented my reference number. It appears that my name was registered in the list even if I have noconfirmation email. The whole process only toke me 5 minutes.

  135. Pano yung katulad namin Trucking Company , pwede bang isang account na lang para sa lahat ng truck para namomonitor namin , mahirap naman isa isa kasi hindi naman naka android phone pano nila mamomonitor and laman , tapos ifafine pag walang laman..

  136. Ako rin po hanggang ngaun hndi pa ako nakaka kuha pls naman help kung ano gagawin ko.nagpunta bago mag slex wala din ang hintay lang daw. Papunta naman ako sm aura 2days ako babalik balik ganun din ang sabi hintay lang ano po ba talaga ang dapat naming gawin. Pls lang po gumawa kau ng paraan para mabigyan kami.
