BYD Cars Philippines is showing off what could very well be their most important offering yet: the first-ever Seagull small EV hatchback. Previewed at the BYD Tech Tour at Ayala TriNoMa Mall in Quezon City (until September 1), the Seagull will officially hit retail sometime in September.
